Zumba Dance Fitness

people Fridays 9:30-10:30am. Zumba is a dance fitness program created to make exercise fun. Zumba uses latine and international music. Anyone at any physical level can do it using a chair or standing up. Uses dance moves to build strength and great for toning your body. Wear comfortable clothing and it is recommended to wear shoes with cushion. $5 per class payable to the instructor.

Tai Chi

people Mondays at 5pm. Martial arts that increases balance, strength, circulation and mental alertness. Instructor, Ed Kehoe, is Certified by the Arthritis Foundation. Classes are $5.00 a session payable to the instructor.

Comstock Community Center Water Class
