Travel Policy
Deposits
All trips require a deposit to hold your spot. Day trip deposits are $30.00 and extended trips are $75.00. (Some trips may require larger
deposits, they will be noted on the descriptions.) We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discovery Card payments as well as debit card options for
your convenience

Trip deposits (one-day and extended travel) must be paid within five (5) days of
registration or individuals will be automatically cancelled from the trip.
Final Payments
All final payments are due at least 30 days before trip date unless other wise noted.
Cancellations
In the event that you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we
offer the following trip cancellation policy. For extended travel, it may be advisable
to purchase travel insurance to provide coverage for unexpected travel cancellations,
medical emergencies and baggage loss. Information on travel insurance will be provided
upon request.
If you cancel your reservation, you may lose all or some of your money paid. If we
cannot fill the reservation, refunds will be subject to the amount that can be recovered,
based on prices of hotels, bussing, attractions, etc. If we fill the reservation, you will
be responsible forany charges we have to pay to change reservations.
One Day Trips:
Anyone cancelling within thirty (30) days of a trip will be charged the ticket price of the
attraction.
Multi-Day Trips:
1. Anyone cancelling within sixty (60) days of a trip may be subject to a cancellation
fee of 25% of the total tour package.
2. Anyone cancelling within 5 weeks of departure is subject to 100% forfeiture of the
total tour package price.
Refunds will be held until the trip has been completed and it has been determined that
there were no losses incurred because of your cancellation. As a general rule, we will
attempt torefund all money, but there could be circumstances beyond our control, such
as, for example,if we already sent deposits that cannot be recovered, if a company goes
out of business, natural disaster or other such unforeseen circumstances.
Individuals who cancel in a timely manner and who have made payments will be
refunded the amount of payments received. We will no longer transfer payment from
one trip/excursion to another.
Health Issues
Individuals who sign up for trips must be physically able to participate in all activities
associated with the excursion . . . Comstock Community Center reserves the right to deny participation in activities because of health issues.
